Meet the Team

Alex was born and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. When Alex isn't plumbing, you'll find him "in the woods" or "under the hood"! He is an avid hunter and fisherman and loves working on cars. Alex is striving to provide you with 5-star service!

Jhailynd was raised in Vancleave, MS and graduated from Vancleave High School. He then continued his education at MGCCC and Mississippi Valley State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. When Jhailynd is not plumbing, you can find him on a boat or on a riverbank doing what he truly loves...fishing. Jhailynd has been providing 5-star service in plumbing for over 2 years.

Rylan graduated from D'Iberville High School. He's been plumbing since 2019, so over 5 years' experience in the industry. Rylan enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters, fishing and boating.

Melissa graduated from Purvis High School, Pearl River Community College and Louisiana State University. At LSU she earned her degree in Business Marketing and now lives in Gulfport with her family and small farm.

Shelly grew up and continues to live in Ocean Springs with her family. She is a member of Southernettes and enjoys all things coastal and spending time with her granddaughter.

Travis was born and raised in Biloxi and graduated with honors from D'Iberville High School. He has nearly 20 years' experience in all areas of plumbing. Travis founded High Tide Plumbing in 2021.
